An educational awareness programme organised by WFWP Malaysia featured experts from the Fire Preventors Society, the “Never Trust Fire” Fire Prevention Workshop offered participants a stimulating fire prevention talk and demonstration. The workshop was held on 20 May 2017 at the Peace Embassy, Selangor.
The speaker, Mr. Reuben Teoh, Founder of the Fire Preventors Society and Director of Osafe Fire Inspection Sdn Bhd, gave a very informative talk on essential safety tips to protect your family and property such as overcoming short circuits, high-rise building evacuation guides and guidelines when facing vehicles on fire. Truly, the responsibility to prevent fires and save innocent lives lies with every one of us.
In addition to this, the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) Malaysia also provided free health screening and counselling for the workshop participants. We thank all the partners and volunteers who supported one way another to ensure the success of this programme.
